Hi,
I am currently a postdoc, and I am applying to faculty positions. Next year I can translition to a research coordinator role, and I was wondering if I did so, would it reduce my chances of getting a faulty position?
Is it preferable to be a postdoc as a title when applying to faulty positions? Do PhDs with other titles such as research coordinator or research associate have an equal chance at getting faculty positions?
