Physiological cell line: cortex HBEC-5i any reviews?

We would like to start breeding in our laboratory cell lines related to brain tissue or nerve tissue.

We were thinking about the HBEC-5i line. Have any of you had experience with it? Is it relatively easy to culture? Is it suitable for basic toxicological screening? Or do you recommend any other physiological cell line?

The HBEC-5i line offers several advantages easy to use and can be used routinely in a laboratory to screen drug interactions. Stability during five days may allow screening of long-term effects of therapeutic agents. Furthermore, the culture is performed without adjuvant and gives the possibility to realize ER with pharmacological molecules
