In XRD results for porous boron-carbon samples I've got a huge signal (11 000 arb. units) for small angle at 2theta=2.7. I know that this signal can indicate the preaense of small particles or small pores. Where I can find more explanation about diffractograms of porous solids? I would like to get more explanation in that field.

the broadness of the FWHM of the peaks is the indication of porous nature. Also the peak intensity being less can be attribute to the porous natute of the sample. An xrd spectrum where all additional peaks to the characteristic peak almost disappear and there exist one peak with extreamely lare FWHM, the sample is amorphius in nature.
The once declared porous sample on inreasing temperature improves its intensity peaks in XRD along with the reduction in the width of FWHM
Change in FWHM will help you to study pore size . Read the attached papers.
The porosity measures by Porosimeter devices. While XRD used of the determination of phases formation and development.

I think so,
If the starting peak is higher than 8 or 9° then this implies small pore, but if it is in-between 6 to 7 medium pore, 5 to 6 could be large pore, and 5 to 5.5 very large pore etc. I hope this helps
XRD use use in the determination of phase identification but porosity determine by Porosimeter device

I totally agree with G.A. Khater that helium porosimeter is the best way to get assign porosity and MICP tool to assign the pore throat distribution and percentage of each pore size
A suitable technique to characterize ordered-pore structures is called small angle X-ray diffractometry which you actually used. Materials like MCM41 can be well characterized in the few nms scale. Please visit the links:
