Perspective sharing
I'm not sure if it is culture or the norm. The community gets used to telling others or the younger generation what not to do, mostly without an appropriate guide, what they should do (the correct way) when dealing with certain issues or problems.
There should be a wake-up call for us to start positively and appropriately by showing the correct way instead of telling what we shouldn't do and not telling the proper solution for the situation, especially when dealing with the young generation in early education.
I agree with you. It is so much better to guide people the correct way. Also to explain why some things are not good to do and which iis better and why.
I think that a guide of good practises is so important to guide people to correct way.
The best idea i have to think about perspective taking/sharing is one's ability to put on another's skin and shoes. Due to their somehow cognitive immaturity, young children have problems with putting on another's skin and shoes.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and positive response. Sometimes, children's thinking happens to be simple, but parents or adults interpret it in a complex way. Instead of creating huge guidelines for what not to do, why not just show them options (good things to do) that they can choose from? Perhaps parents are also uncertain about what guidelines they should provide. I came across a case study where parents expressed their dissatisfaction with their children's behaviour, describing them as busybodies or talkative, constantly asking questions in inappropriate situations, and persistently engaging in activities they had previously stated they should avoid. According to my observations, the parents' daily routine also represents a similar action (a bit of a busybody). I started to wonder if they did not realise their kids were only imitating their actions and behaviour (since parents will always be their first-place role models in the beginning). Still, their kids have limited experience in certain situations. Without an appropriate guide, keeping telling kids what NOT TO DO will only confuse kids' simple brains (or cognitive immaturity as mentioned); for example, "Don't Run" may be a kid brain-saving option saved as "Run" since their brain complexity is not as advanced as adults; maybe they just keep the important action word instead of "Don't" in front of the action. These are only my perspectives and views; please share them with me if you have related articles or studies that provide similar or related information.

I agree with you,the aim of this guide is not to tell children what NOT TO DO but it can be a guide for the both parent's and children.It can be based on analysing situations or casese and interpreting good practise or behavor for the both.
