Hello. Actually I haven’t, but experienced it.
i was teaching design in New Zealand and had a paper: “ can you teach creativity?”.
in this course we talked to very young students fresh from highschool. We developed creative concepts after looking at creativity for a long time.
it was a constant up and down in appreciation and understanding.
when the concepts finally were ready we executed them and during this step we had a very steep leaning curve, which resulted in a professional creative award at the New York Festival.
so, I am not certain if that adds to your research but if you do need more information I am happy to contr.
The paper is titled “Vicarious Reinforcement Learning Signals When Instructing Others”. The paper discusses how reinforcement learning theory posits that learning is driven by discrepancies between the predicted and actual outcomes of actions.
The USA psychologist C. Catania has written a lot about vicarious reinforcement and self-reinforcement in his work on the psychological and educational domains. His work is considered to be a " must " in these two domains.
