Person download the paper should show his name. Experts requested to find name of downloader or restrict the person without giving name down loading refused.

I agree it would be good to know who is interested in our work, but understand that the RG makes available the "anonymous download".
I believe it is up to the researcher choose not to be anonymous (I don't see why be anonymous in a download).
(The same occurs with the downvotes, which in my opinion shouldn't be anonymous).

Let’s go to: Your profile – settings-> private settings
There is some options you can use. For example “Download data”, if you tick it you will be see a person who downloaded.
I’m afraid the there are not many option to do it; such control that you want.

I have gone the procedure you gave but it was already ticked. I do not want to put control on down loads but I can see who down loads my publications.... Pl help if some other option is there.... In one of the down load it was shown that downloader do not want to show him here (he do not show his identity, which is not correct).

You can manipulate other option in private settings “Research data” but I’m afraid, there are not such option for control that you want :-(. I think your requirement is not possible to fulfil, maybe you should ask researchgate team https://www.researchgate.net/contact
