Hello,

We have a Shimadzu UHPLC equipment. Recently, the PDA detector lamps have been changed and all tests recommended in the manual have been performed. Apparently that's fine. In the first uses everything went apparently well, but in the most recent ones, in the analysis of results we notice a block in a range of wavelengths ranging from 220 to 270nm. That is, the sample runs, I can see the results at all wavelengths, but when I reach this range, the chromatogram appears as if the detector was off. Any tips? Thanks
