Hello, I have a weird cloudy contamination that is appearing when I try to culture gamma delta Tcell in U bottom 96-well plate. The contamination always appears after a few days but does not progress rapidly and it remains concentrated around the cell clusters. I have a doubt that it might be mycoplasma. I did DAPi staining and the pictures are attached below. Can you help me to identify this contamination, if it is a contamination. Ps, it does not affect the proliferation of the cell culture at least for the first 7-10 days.
