The annual vaccination makes the vaccine not acceptable to a large population. Besides, in India the influenza vaccine not in the Government Preventable Disease Vaccine list, an average Indian family feels "Expensive to afford". Either this needs subsidizing the cost or made free will help a large preventable deaths. Influenza vaccination will be a cheaper to Government than ignoring this. Small pox & polio are good examples.

I wish & suggest the Government to accept debating for including Influenza vaccine as important and prevent large number of deaths not reported and to avoid emergency situation created for admission of patients with Influenza & influenza like illnesses complications, needing special attention & care in the hospital.

I am a doctoral student proposing a qualitative study of adolescent parents knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about adolescent immunizations specifically HPV.  I am seeking qualitative questions used in other studies however running into problems getting permission to use an existing survey.  

Any suggestions.
