I am not it, too. I also like to evacuate the effectiveness of PEA in my pain patients. In one of the recent met analysis for PEA in pain conditions; as conclusion; it was suggested that further, well-designed, randomized, placebo-controlled trials was further study should be performed.

that is Obviously in synergy a non invasive purpose with many targets involved in pain chronicity and many others indications
.just doing observational cohort in such situations focusing some parameters .
Pr j Keppel Hesselinks Netherlands made many papers and evaluation about mécanisms and efficacy's in synergy
some others Italian publications give somme informations
and it seem that some researchers are done in max Planck institute

we may create groups ifor nvestigating on pain, from headaches to spine pathology.It would be a multicenter study, Maybe an idea a study with PEA.

Then, you should convince the companies producing the drug to sponsor such interesting study. I would be ready to help, coordinating the study and following all the publication process.
