Oxidative stress level has been scrutinized into few classes (Basal Intensity Oxidative Stress, Low Oxidative Stress, Intermediate Oxidative Stress and High Oxidative Stress.
If we are measuring the stress level of Oxidative Stress inside a particular organism. How do we quantitatively say that particular antioxidant enzymes activity we are measuring showing which level of Oxidative Stress since the activity of the enzymes present?
In order to ascertain the extent of Oxidative stress in any individual, the various antioxidants as well as the levels of the reactive oxygen species should be determined.
i do think that it is not possible to say that particular antioxidant enzymes activity you are measuring showing which level of Oxidative Stress unless you determine all the ROS in total ..
