Hi,

I need to differentiate osteoclasts from the bone marrow of mice, I would really appreciate if someone can share the protocol with me?

I usually differentiate macrophages from mouse bone marrow macrophages and then differentiate osteoclasts from these macrophages after 3 days however my cells do not look healthy recently and I want to try another protocol.
