while trying to run a Visual MODFLOW Flex model I get an error information regarding the .BT3 file.

During the translation process no errors or warnings appear but in the running process it just stops and sends the error message.
The model is run in single run and should show how the saltwater and freshwater is positioned in the model domain.
LPF property package and transient are selected
PCG solver is used
For the rest the default settings are choosen.
Can you help me with finding a solution to this error?
