General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) has been the users of mathematical programming who believed in optimization as a powerful and elegant framework for solving real life problems in the sciences and engineering. Generally, the optimization problem can be modeled in General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) software and solved using DICOPT one of the good solver. Models can be developed and solved using different solvers for each test. Trim loss optimization with Fortran coding- Fortran matrix generators(define bus and line according to model parameters) (declarations of the variables, with extra declarations for the subsets of positive, integer, or binary variables, equations; non default bounds and initial values) is considered an important GAMS model through which define the GAME problem. Decision make can use The fuzzy decision-making tool can be used to calculate the linear membership function for minimized objective functions . According to the best compromise solution among the Pareto optimal solutions, the optimal settings are chosen by the decision maker.
