Hello,

I have been working with OE-33 (oesophageal adenocc.)cells for about a year now, I have observed that, although they usually grow quite quickly in flasks, having to split every 3 days, whenever they are in small plates (96-12 well), they have a hard time attaching and growing.

I have considered coating the plates with poly-lysin, or increasing the FCS % to 20%... any suggestions? I had them as single cells in 96 well-plates for so long, waiting for them to divide, around 1 month to see transferable colonies... And then, when i moved them into 48-WPs, the majority of them died in the process, having to wait almost just as long for those to grow.

Any experience with OE-33 and how to troubleshoot these issues?

Many thanks
