Sometimes, it is confusing to prepare a manuscript when it needs to consider the English. Besides, English is not our mother tongue.
It depends on many things, mainly for whom (publisher) and in which country u write/publish, but the publisher/ u address always have a guide for authors, otherwise - one may ask before sending, :). Yet, don't worry too much, whatever English you use, u may change it with a simple computer command, :) (as long as it is a Standard English of whatever English speaking country). OK, Thank you for your advice! Previously was involve in microbes and the English was in Britain English and currently it is food. It seems like in American English. Just wonder whether the field of the study may influence the English as well :)
