I did a non-constant drug ratio combination with a fixed dose of Drug A combining it with three different doses of Drug B. When I do the Compusyn analysis it shows that the points for the CI values of Drug B are all graphed on the y axis in a normalized isobologram instead of graphing the CI values for the drug combination. Does anyone know how to fix that?
