I treated cancer cells with different concentrations of a drug alone versus the drug plus a counteract treatment (an antioxidant) for 24, 48, and 72 hours. I then measured the cell viability at each time-point. I would like to compare the percentage viability of cells treated with the drug alone VS. the drug plus the counteract treatment. Should I do a two-tailed paired t-test?
