Shall i normalize the western blot protein bands with total protein gel stained with coomassie?

Thank you,

It is a more confident way of normalization and recently has become preferred over immunodetection of housekeeping proteins as normalization. It could be applied either using stain-free technology or traditional coomassie staining...or by using Ponceu S stain...
