amazingly we are following the developments regarding COVID-19 and the worldwide havoc and chaos it caused.
Surely, everyone will be happy to see this pandemic coming to an end without causing more pain.
Those, who dedicated their time and efforts to find a solution for mankind need to be appreciated. In this sence, one of the first and at the same time, kind faces of the CEO of BionTech, Ugur Sahin and his partner/wife OzlemTureci are the best candidates for the next Nobelprice.

Dear Frank T. Edelmann this is a huge contribution to the benefit of human race and needs to be appreciated. I know, there are many others doing maybe even better work, unknown but as beneficial. The BioNTech founders did NOT invent this technique that is also done by Morderna (USA) and CureVac (Germany).
CureVac's founder invented it (vaccination by help of mRNA - by chance) while doing his doctoral research in the 1990ies...
Today it was announced that both will receive the important German medal of honor "Bundesverdienstkreuz".
Another important virological researcher of Germany (From the Charité, Berlin) received this honor NOT for is reknown research on SARS-CoV-1 but for his Podcast on virology and SARS-CoV-2 (@Christian Drosten)...
