Is there any necessary, useful literature in Neuroscience, Cognitive science which studies creativity ? I will be able to use EEG in order to study brain activity. Can EEG help to identify patterns of creative thinking ?
Any literature suggestion would be very appreciated.

There is a Textbook of creativity by Boden. We have a course at my university called neuroescience of creativity. You could use EEG to monitor task specific activity during creativity tasks (Eg. divergent thinking, multiple uses task, etc). It depends really on what your research question is.
