Are U.S. companies of interest in this partnership? The National Thermodynamic Laboratory, out ot Texas A&M, has considerable expertise in bio-sorbants in the area of complexing heavy metals. This technology could probably be readily applied to use with your iron particles. Let me know if this sounds of interest. Specific materials tested range from Arsenic and mercury to Strontium and some other radionuclides.

Dear Stela, Our lab have powerful generator of electro, electro/magnetic, magnetic impulse generation. May be it can be useful as final step (magnetic particle removal), or at pre-treatment (by impulse magnetic fields, by quick domain re-orintation). As Well We have one more unique device for liquid media (water, suspension, heavy slurry) cavitation treatment. This research not published jet, due to different reasons (some know-how, some in writing process). But proof of concept is done.  Quite interesting results are achieved. In comparison with ultrasound this device much cheaper, simple and more productive, easy scalable. Looking for cooperation!

We have just started the Iron NPs with polymer coatings (Biodegradable polymer blends).. [email protected] We wish to removal all metals, dyes and pesticides. Surprisingly real effluents are getting purified by this technique. I hope in another one year we can achieve some point of research in this area.
