Firstly, Can someone provide me sequence of Tet-on Promoter and Blasticidin marker gene? Or can you recommend me reliable source from where I can easily download it? 

Secondly, I isolated plasmid by miniprep kit (invitrogen) for lipofactamine mediated transfection. But, 260/280 ratio determined by Nanodrop is less than 1.8 (minimum 1.3). Is it safe to use this much pure plasmids for transfection or I should repeat miniprep? Or is there any way to purify already isolated plasmids?
