If they say everything is there then it should be so. I don't think they are so sloppy and unprofessional that they don't send you the results if that's what they were paid for.
But you must also understand that if you just have them for sequencing, they have provided you with data and some preliminary results. You can't expect any specific results from them.
Fz Khan I have used Novogene company several time for RNAseq. You should get firstly a Report where they show you partially the results, usually the coverage for samples, the volcano plots, number of genes up and down and the explanation of what you will get. Once you confirme that what they have done is ok they will send you the whole data. You usually get the raw fastq files and several folders, in mine I have "QC", "Mapping", "Quant", "Differential" and "Enrichment". In the "Differential" folder you have the files included the different expressing genes with number of reads, log2foldchange, pvalue, adj-pvalue and all the information you might need for further analyses.
Btw, Novogene should have assigned you a project manager for your specific project, usually they reply to all your requests and they are reasonable fast.
One way to get the data (they might be quite heavy) is to use FileZilla. You have to download FileZilla and then open it and add the information they have provided you (host, username/account, password and port). Once you insert them into the right boxes and you will be connected to their server and you can download your folder with all the information.
