Statistical analysis branch from statistics , represent the backbone of scientific method in research , so the inference statistics deal with test hypothesis to give statistical decision about null hypothesis , or deal with estimates for the sources of total variation .

Research with out statistics just loss of labor and fund , so the researchers must have good information about principles of statistics beside experimental design .
