Need better separation in Open SEC.

I am loading a total of 1mL of Bovine IgG and BSA (1mg/ml final concentration) into a 1cn diameter 12mL Sephadex G-75 superfine open column running at 15cm/hr. BIgG is ~150,000 MW while BSA is ~67,000 MW and I am having a hard time getting good separation on the 2 proteins. The cutoff for the G-75 superfine is 75,000~80,000 MW.

I think open column cannot give you better resolution. Use any high pressure column and you can also try different resins like sephacryl S-100.
