My teacher has asked me to analyse my xrd of activated carbon? what does my teacher mean by that? can anyone help me with it?

I have my xrd graph . but now my teacher has asked me to analyse it. Im very confuse what to do.

In the most literal sense of the word, "analyse" would mean to identify the molecules that show up in your XRD graph. I assume your XRD graph is an experimental measurement.

So plot the known XRD curve of activated carbon over your measured XRD graph. Then see if there are differences and try to plot other known XRD curves to see which match the remaining peaks.
