First, you have to rule out bacteria or other contaminants.
It could isolate the pink areas and make microbiological cultures, and thus see which microorganism is present.
Then find out if the contaminant is inside the plant or is the result of poor planting.
On the other hand, I also see that the stem is reddish then it could also be that the anthocyanins of the stem are spreading in the culture medium
You have to use antimicrobial components in your culture medium.
But these components decreases the vigor of plantlets
This is bacterial contamination. You have to proper sterilized the plantlets and also can use antimicrobial components in your medium.

Sometines, due special characters of the tissues, the explants may contain a kind of chemical which reacts with the TC media and produces these kinds of colours.You may go for 3/4 subcultures in 7 days intervals to get rid of this proble.

This kind of contamination is frequent in tissue culture. It's not necessary from endophitic origin. In fact, according to the pictures, I might be sure that it's not and endophitic contamination. In this case, the origin might be associated with problems with manipulation, even mistakes in culture media esterilization can be considered.
My advise is don't waste time trying to recover the contaminated explants; however, if you find some explants free of contamination, you can subculture it to fresh medium. Check all the time for new contaminations.
