The first thing that comes into view is the creation of a new construct Informaton to be the carrier of Gravitation and I suppose electromagnetism.

My theory uses the old and well known space instead.  The addition of a new construct seems unnecessary, since space will do just fine.  So, the first observation is Why would someone add an unnecessary construct.

I will read it further to understand and expand this comment. I don't think I can write two answers in a row in researchgate.

First Comparison with HU:

Definition of Informaton:

"The constituent element of that substance is called an “informaton”. The theory starts from the idea that any material object manifests itself in space by the emission - at a rate proportional to its rest mass - of informatons: granular mass and energy less entities rushing away with the speed of light and carrying information about the position (“ginformation”) and about the velocity (“ β -information”) of their emitter. "

In HU, Matter is a coherence between stationary states of deformation of the local metric. So, informaton in HU is precisely defined as metric waves. They carry information about position (in the phase and amplitude of the wave) and about velocity (in the shape of the dilaton field shaped through Doppler effect).

In summary

HU precisely defines how information is transmitter, provides the Quantum Lagrangian Principle (dilators will not dilate out of phase with the surrounding dilaton field) to enforce that information. The QLP is a replacement of the Laws of Dynamics. The QLP has to work together with the lightspeed expanding hyperspherical topology for everything to work. Let's see how Informatons are converted into dynamics.  I will continue reading.

"The gravitational field is identified as a cloud of informatons and mathematically described by two vectorial quantities: the “g-field” and the “g-induction” . The laws of GEM are mathematically deduced from the kinematics of the informatons; the gravitational interactions are explained as the effect of the tendency of a material object to accelerate in order to become blind for flows of information generated by other objects; the existence of gravitational waves is justified and gravitons are identified as informatons carrying a quantum of energy."

Informaton Space vs Relativity

"In the context of the theory of informatons space is conceived as a three-dimensional, homogeneous, isotropic, unlimited and empty continuum. This continuum is called the “Euclidean space” because that what there geometrically is possible is determined by the Euclidean geometry. By anchoring a standardized Cartesian coordinate system to a reference body, an observer can - relative to that reference body - localize each point by three coordinates x, y, z. - In the same context we identify time with the monotonically increasing quantity t that is generated by a standard clock• . In a Cartesian coordinate system a standard clock links to each event a “moment” - this is a specific value of t - and to each duration a “period” or “t."

This seems to clash with Strict Relativity, which is OK for a first attempt. It seems that informatons are being given a period ..:)

First Hidden Postulate

On page 9, it appears what seems to be a first hidden postulate.  I don't see a reason for the definition of K.  It is a drastic hypothesis, to not only create an construct by them postulate the rate at which that construct is emitted without providing any logic for it.  The FITTING of constructs to yield a recognizable equation at the end, is a FITTING.  It is a clear indication of a NON-FUNDAMENTAL THEORY.  I will continue reading it.

On the top of page 12, there is an equation describing the Gravitational Field as a flux density of Informatons...which closes the loop.  Anything after that is trivial.

This theory postulates a construct - the Informaton.  Gives the construct the qualities that will yield the desired result, in this case the value of the Gravitational Field.

The Laws of Dynamics are kept the same. Nothing FUNDAMENTAL is proposed.

The linkage of the construct Informaton to the observable (Gravitational Field)

is through a Flow Density=Field.

So, it is just a FITTING to observables.

It doesn't change the number of assumptions to less. It increases the number of assumptions in Physics with the addition of a prescribed rate K.

FITTING Theories have been proposed in the past, e.g. Kaluza-Klein is one of them. There the fitting is to provide a metric that would yield both Gravitation and Maxwell's Equations.

These theories don't add anything to the current model, since they are designed to reproduce it from the start.

To understand the contrast, consider HU Law of Gravitation..:)  It is distinct from any previous Laws of Gravitation and it has no poles at zero distance (the equation below is a macroscopic approximation which is not to be applied to short distances, e.g Black Holes).

I will continue reading to see if my conclusion is premature. If so, I will correct this statement.

About the value of K

The relation between the rest mass m of a particle and the rate N' at which it emits informatons is: N' = K.m

If the particle absorbs (or emits) a photon h.f , its mass will increase (or decrease) with an amount: (h/c2).f;   and the emission rate will increase (or decrease) with an amount  K.(h/c2).f.

It make sense to assume that the increase (decrease) of the emission rate must correspond to the frequency of the absorbed (emitted) photon.

This justifies:  K = c2/h

About informatons and energy

In §6.5.2 is explained that an accelerated particle loads some of the informatons that it emits with a discrete energy packet h'.f, called a "graviton" and in §6.3.2 of "Electromagnetism explained by the theory of informatons" is explained that an accelerated point charge loads some of the informatons that it emits with a discrete energy packet h.f called a "photon".

About the theory of informatons

By introducing information as the substance of gravitational (and electromagnetic) fields, it is the intention of the "theory of informatons" to explain the GEM or velocity dependent description of the gravitational (and electromagnetic) phenomena as the macroscopic manifestation of the behaviour of the consituent elements of that substance (the informatons).
