"In 1924, Warburg hypothesized that cancer, malignant growth, and tumor growth are caused by the fact that tumor cells mainly generate energy (as e.g. adenosine triphosphate / ATP) by non-oxidative breakdown of glucose (a process called glycolysis). This is in contrast to "healthy" cells which mainly generate energy from oxidative breakdown of pyruvate. Pyruvate is an end-product of glycolysis, and is oxidized within the mitochondria. Hence and according to Warburg, cancer should be interpreted as a mitochondrial dysfunction.

"Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. Summarized in a few words, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar."

I think so mitochondria, ancestral intracellular endosymbiont BACTERIA of human body, escaped under control, can stop apoptosis to prevent death (understeandable, the instinct of surviving, basic property of life) and can force the host cell to multiplication (understeandable, the instinct of multiplication, basic property of life): one etiology and diversity of malignancy, depending from the original tissue, but with tendence to little, hyperactive, atypical, invasive, agressive "zombie" cells, what try to kill the endo-agressor, stopping aerobe metabolism (all cancer cells works with anaerobe metabolism, in abondance of vascularisation too, generated by angiogenetic tumor factor) but the immune systeme is suprareguleted too. A normal, udersteandable, agressive, special bacterial INFECTION, like tuberculosis, or the viral HPV or EBV infection. But the mutant mitochondria, without an evolution in changed external behaviour (they are intracellular), killing the host, out, today not have more the temperature, osmotic, water behaviour, and on their surprise dying on earth or air, or water. Wery good for us, the cancer is not infective. Because of this.

What we can doo?

Phylogenetically who is in relation and are similar, with common roots wit the ancestral Protomitochondria? (see: Lynn Margulis, Gabaldón, Progenitor cryptoides, LUA theory, LUCA theory, Firmicutes, Rickettsia, Archebacteria, Black smokers, Intracellular plant bacteria, etc.) The most important candidate is the Phytoplasma, an intracellular, agressive plant bacteria. What are the Phytoplasma-resistent plants? Ex.: toxic: Viscum album, etc., non toxic: Castanea sativa Mill., etc. (non toxic: doo nothing for the reduced-function, normal, controlled mitochondria). We try Castanea sativa Mill. Food plant, delicious, sure not toxic, resistent to Phytoplasms, and maybe doo something with the hyperactive mitochondria of cancer cell, escaped under host-controle, activating something "ancestral", maybe common with Phytoplasms, killed by Castanea sativa Mill.?

136 microgramms/ml of Castanea sativa Mill. extract kills lymphatic leukaemia culture, 200 microgramms/ml kills in 2 hours the chemotherapy-resistent neuroblastoma, 400 microgramms/ml the agressive osteosarcoma, etc.

What i find about "alpha constants n.11." is not enough for me to understand it. If You know some sources from "academic" scientific literature? (alpha constants n.11. in arXiv.org Full Text Search Results: No Results., PubMed U.S. National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health: Quoted phrase not found., Nature.com: Sorry, no results were found., etc.). What is this exactly and where we can see about in the "academic" sources?
