I've received a few weeks ago a KU812 cell line and they're not growing at all! They're being cultivated with RPMI 20% SBF and still not responding. Is there any alternative? Is this cell that sensitive? Or my cells came with some problem?

KU812 cell lines should grow well with RPMI supplemented with 10% FBS. Cell is not growing even after increasing FBS concentration to 20% means there is serious problem in the cells supplied to you.

Hi Jordana,
Have you tested them for Mycoplasma infection? If they are Mycoplasma positive, that could really slow down their growth. Also, check if they need any alternative supplements such as non-essential amino acids, pyruvate, HEPES, etc.
