Hello everyone, I use Abaqus to solve the traction of a specific cylinder using cylindrical boundary conditions (BC).
The main issue is that my BC on r (Ur_{red area on image} = 0) is only partially working (cf. figure BC r)... The BC on z (encastre or imposed displacement) are working fine.
When I look on the result I have a weird 'inflation' following the r axis and I truly doesn't understand why the BC on r is only partially working (I said partially because even if it's not working, I still have a global shape following this condition). A cut view (along the t-z axis) of my cylinder is visible on figure 'Deformation r' and the 'inflation' described above is visible.
As for my model, the three fibers are hyperelastic material and the matrix is linear elastic. The total length of my structure is 60mm and the imposed displacement on fibers is 5mm.
Thank you for your help.
With Regards,
Vincent S.
