Hey,
I am working on cell assays, which are running for a longer time period. To not have too many duplicates, I wondered whether I could do multiple staining on the exact same sample, after 1d, 3d, and 7d for instance. I tried once, but with not very nice results - not sure though if it's my samples or if its generally not recommended to keep once stained cells in culture, how they behave and how they react to the stress of being stained and images multiple times.
