Hi

In most of my experimental conditions cells are in contact so the MRI wound healing tool works fine once I change the format form tiff to jpeg. However, one of my treatments induce the shrinkage of cells and that creates gaps between them and I can not find a good setting to analyze the wound area.

Any ideas to solve this problem?
