Mouse plasma HDL immunoprecipitation protocol (for subsequent sequencing of HDL-bound RNA)?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a protocol for IP of HDL from mouse plasma? But the plasma was prior to IP diluted with optiprep for density gradient. The goal is in the end to sequence HDL-RNAs and there should not be a step which disrupts HDL-RNA/protein binding.
