we use PDF instead of Autocad in the lithography.

Finding tutorials solely on microfluidic designing using autoCAD is something very difficult to find. What I personally did is I learnt the use of AutoCAD for basic 2D sketching and applied those methods to design microfluidic chips. The key is to use correct units (i.e. um), use of line trim commands, chamfers etc. Believe me, it is much easier than it looks. You just need to give it a start. There are a plenty of youtube tutorials on the basic use of AutoCAD.

Thank you Mohammad. Yes, i found it extremely hard to find any tutorials(not even video tutorials). There is princeton summer bootcamp document, which describes it a bit. But indeed, the composition looks rather difficult on autocad. It would be great if someone with experience showed on a video(from start to end) on how he/she designed a mask on autocad. I'm gonna do this after learning definitely. 

I found some info on the .pdf I attached, and also learnt about the existence of Micado (a plugin for Autocad, specially for microfluidics). Have not tested Micado, though.

I found AutoCAD more user-friendly and easier to use (maybe due to my previous experience) compared to other packages like Layout Editor or K-Layout. However i've to admit there are issues working with AutoCAD as it's not designed specifically for MEMS such as large file sizes, not good hierarchy, conversion to GDS... .

if you are starting from scratch, better to learn working with Layout Editor (commercial version) or Tanner L-Edit (commercial, very expensive though) or any other software package that is designed for MEMS (including microfluidics)

any way, AutoCAD is still good for not very complicated MEMS designes and many use it around the world,

I've been working in the same kind of designs and I found more useful Autodesk Fusion 360. It's the best program so far to do the printing after design in the same program.
