You can use initial stress in load module

You need to calculate the produced stresses due to live and dead loads and define it as stress in the loading step.

Thank you for your feedbacks, I agree with you both about the way of applying the pre-stressing forces for straight tensioned tendons-wires. However, the problem is how can simulate the pre-stressing forces for post-tensioned beams-girders with parabolic tendons profiles in which the load profile varies along the beam length. Any further detail is highly appreciated.

You can use initial tempreture to increase the initial stress and use rigid link to produce hooks to top and bottom specially if you want to creat unbound prestressed elements. Then you have run the model and check the initial stress to reach the pressure you desire.
