Hello,

I want to ask one question about wound healing assay.

I use pippet tip to make a wound.

If i use same pippet tip to make all wounds in huvec monolayer of different 6 wells,

I think that huvec cells from different wells would mix and I am concerned about that.

How much critically such mixing can affect the assay result?

I think that such mix is minute so I can neglect it but

I want to get answers or advices about it.
