I'm currently working on my research and this is the design:

The aim of the research is to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness on subjective wellbeing and perceived stress. So, 100 participants are divided into 2 groups whereby 50 would undergo mindfulness intervention and 50 are in the wait list control group. Subjective wellbeing, perceived stress and mindfulness level are measured for all participants pre and post of the mindfulness intervention. I would like to examine the pre/post changes in study outcomes as well as determine if the intervention group demonstrated a greater degree of improvement than the waitlist control group. So the question is should I conduct a Mixed Model ANOVA analysis? Similar research designs in the pool of literature have actually used paired sample t test followed by 2x2 repeated measures ANOVA, hence the confusion.

Thank you.
