Hello everyone, and best wishes for 2024!

I need advice on how to identify the vesicles I see after B lymphocyte targeted therapy.

We think it is mitochondria because we can distinguish mitochondrial crests, but it could also be autophagy vesicles (autophagosomes) or lysosomes?

It seems that mitochondria are affected by treatments, but apoptotic and/or necrotic cells suffer mitochondrial damage.

I attached an image (left normal cell and right after treatment)

Do you think it could be oxeioptose? or necroptosis? cells with these vesicles or strongly attached (homotypique adhesion).

Many thanks for your help!
