We have tried to run ISH for mir 200b and U6 on the FFPE tissue. These are Qiagen probes, 5'-biotin. We cannot establish proper hybridization procedure. We use Qiagen protocol and recommended buffers and temperatures?

Does anyone have an experience with these probes? And can recommend hybridization temperatures? Should we change anything in manufacturers protocol?

I have contacted qiagen support, but did not get any constructive information.
