Method of selecting turbine in a subsea Pumped Hydro Energy Storage project?

I'm exploring the feasibility on an underwater PHES system, where the upper reservoir will be the open sea and use the natural slope of the seabed as the head. Just wondering what the best way to determine the required turbine is? I'm considering choosing the turbine with regards to the selection chart attached as I know the head value (200m), then estimating the flow rate needed for a 5MW Francis turbine. Is this the correct way to go about things?
