i am looking for polymers that show good permeability for Methane when dense membranes are made. in addition to the membranes with high FFV (like PDMS or PTMSP), can you recommend other membrane materials that posses high methane permeation?
Or, have you seen by any chance membranes which are designed for methane permeation ?
selectivity is not important and i am looking for the membranes for efficient methane delivery to liquid.

What kinds of molecules do you want to separate? Can't you keep the methane back and let the other molecules escape? Is it really necessary to use a polymer?

If you don't care about selectivity much I don't think you can beat PDMS as a non-porous polymer. If you really don't care about selectivity at all have you looked into commerically available hollow fiber membrane modules? These are sold commercially for water filtering, blood oxygenation, etc.
Maybe MOFs.
