I am trying to do meta analysis. I collected data from different studies (two arms studies, one arms studies, case report/series). I organized them into group/sub-groups of outcome I want to measure.
I am learning Revman. Problem I ran in is revman only reads two arms study. The one arm or case report, it says not estimable. Is there a way to manipulate the program so it only read the group/subgroup outcome that I enter from individual studies? Or is there any other programs besides revman that does that?

Hi, I'm not using Revman, But i think your can easily do sensitive/sub-groups meta-analysis in R Software which Open source with metafor or meta packages.

RevMan does not support the pooling of multiple study designs with variable effect measures, but you can do sub-group analyses in RevMan. If you are familiar with R, as what Dr. Cyprien Kengne Nde mentioned, there are multiple packages that cover RevMan gaps. CMA program also is a very strong Meta-analysis program (however, it is not free) which have many variable features.
I recommend the R statistical software since it implements various packages that can substitute the other programs.
