I need to heat up a small part of irregulate shape. The parts can not be heated directly with induction and I could not heat it by other heating sources. When way I am thinking is to wrap it with flexible graphite foil and heat it indirectly by heat the graphite foil using induction heater. Is it possible to heat graphite foil, such as 0.05 mm or 0.1 mm, using induction heater? Thanks.

Induction heating seems like a lot of effort to go to.
If you have some clay, a spool of Kanthal and a good power supply, this might suffice.

But a high conductivity material (graphite, in an atmosphere of nitrogen, for example) may not be needed if the sample is small, and the heater is distant from the sample.
Pyrometry or a few 'K' type thermometers spaced evenly between sample and heater - for measurement.
