For Kidney Damage:

Gentamicin induced nephrotoxicity accounts for 10–30% of the acute renal failure among drug-induced acute renal failure. So you can choose Gentamicin induced nephrotoxicity as an in vivo experimental model to screen the nephroprotective activity of the test drugs.
For Liver Damage:
Drug-induced hepatotoxicity is a major cause of iatrogenic diseases. Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and Paracetamol are some of the drugs which are commonly used to induced the hepatotoxicity in the experimental animals. You can choose Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced hepatotoxicity or Paracetamol induced hepatotoxicity as n in vivo experimental models to screen the hepatoprotective activity of the test drugs.
