To evaluate the biochemical parameters and histopathological studies we need to do statistical analysis for these purpose need some software's like ANOVA and what other free software available online just want to know to carry out further studies.
There are verions of MINITAB (free software) for ANOVA
When you use ANVOA be careful to make sure your data is balanced (N is the same in different classes to be tested) otherwise you have to use GLM (Generalized Linear Models).

You use SPSS for biochemical parameter analysis. But for histopathology you should make slides of organ of interest and analyze the images compared to control or normal tissue.
R software is free and it will help you with the statistics and graphs
You can use SPSS for this reason. However, metLAB is the best but it is more complicated than SPSS

Please keep in mind that ANOVA is the name of an analysis (analysis of variance), not a software and it's used to determine whether or not the means of the examined groups are equal from a statistical standpoint. Multiple softwares can be used to do it and some of them have been suggested by the other researchers that answered. However, be aware that ANOVA is suitable when you have at least three groups to examine. If only two groups are available, then Independent T test would be more appropriate. Also, as Amit Sajan suggested, I think you can use ANOVA or Independent T test for biochemical parameters, but not for histopathology, where you have images not numbers.
