Recently I had a bitter experience I had visited for an eye check up for having a blur vision complain. The doctor checked me and told that cataract is initially started in your eye, so she told me to be back after an year for the check up, and I asked the doctor is there any medicine to cure the starting stage of cataract so she told that there is no medicine so far, surgery is the only solution when it is fully formed.I just want ask you people have you experience any such incident.

Some (not all) cataracts are the result of inflammatory processes, so in theory, increasing your intake of anti-inflammatory foods may be of benefit. You may need to do a literature search on this possibility. Try Google Scholar.
Thanks.for the response but I came to know that turmeric milk has the ability to cure initial stage of cataract.Because it has high inflammatory and high antioxidant activity which inhibit the cataract cells for further proliferation and the free radicals scavenger that is relent and calcium which ate the basics of forming cataract.is it so.Hence by drinking turmeric milk at night can cure the cataract formation.
I think you will find that vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, etc have the same effect. As with things natural they do take time. Can I also suggest you do some research into the potential protective effects of Vitamin D.
