Pacinian afferents in humans reach at least 600 Hz.

Responses to vibrotactile stimuli of up to 2 kHz are reported but without direct recordings, these might be 1-to-2 or even 1-to-3 responses, i. e. spikes of 1 kHz or 667 Hz.

I seem to remember responses to tactile stimuli which consist of a very short sequence of rapidly attenuated spikes of about 1 kHz (only three spikes visible above the noise level) but I don't have a reference at the moment.

For RA fibers, an upper limit of 300 to 400 Hz is certainly a good guess.
