Generally, the problem occurs when we  try to evaluate the inverse matrix A^(-1). In order to ensure the required accuracy of the inverse problem solution it is necessary to apply regularization to an ill-posed inverse problem, e.g. by adding a small, positive constant to diagonal elements of matrix A:

Anew = A + I*alfa, where I is unity matrix, and alfa is regularization coefficient.

But in Simpowersystem how can I fix it?, because i'm not working with matlab Mr Piotr Burnos?.

If you add a random error matrix to the matrix (repeat this N times), enough to get away from dependency of columns or rows, you can generate a Monte-Carlo image (a N-data set) of the matrix inversion and this might be averaged to obtain results.   Just an idea that might be easy to try in any software language.  

There are methods to avoid occurrence of singular matrices - not expending the physical representation of the mathematical model. Could you inform me about your Simscape Power Systems model ? - Then there can be a better discussion. For a parametric model, MATLAB variable alpha could be used to evaluate the expression Anew = A + I*alpha.

Yes as Piotr pointed out. The only thing you might suffer from is inversion of A (where the smallest eigenvalues are of order 1e-16).. To solve this issue, you have two common approaches:

1)Either use pseudo-inversion, or

2)regularisation (diagonal loading) as Piotr mentioned.

I have same problem in one simulation. the problem solve by changing the transformer polarization. after I change inputs to Yg and outputs (that is connected together in my system) to D1, the error has gone.
